Yes. We provide modifications and exercise alternatives, customizing the experience to each individual.

We provide all the equipment & fitness fun! Please feel free to bring your own towel & water bottle. If you forget, we do have extras on hand.

Never! Unlike other gyms, we make it is stress free to come attend class and there is room for everyone! We don’t charge any cancellation fee either, so you don’t need to worry about that. Our huge workout space allows us to accommodate large groups and we make adjustments to the workouts when needed.

Athlete Instincts is primarily a group fitness training facility. Workouts are are a fusion of cardio, strength-training, plyometrics, kickboxing, and more! We incorporate Partner Games and Team-Building Exercises for an interactive fitness experience! Everyday is COMPLETELY different!

We have many runners who come join Athlete Instincts. It is the perfect cross-training, with our blend of resistance training and cardio bursts. Runners injury-proof their bodies and set new PR’s after joining our program!

Yes, we do have 1-on-1 Nutrition Coaching as an option. You get help with macros calculations, a customizable meal plan, meal prep tips, a recipe book, & more! Nutrition is critical to living a healthy lifestyle and seeing the fitness results you seek.
