ROCK ‘N ROW + TRX

Intervals of cardio bursts using our state-of-the-art water rowers combined with lifting heavy rock-like objects (dumbbells, medicine balls, etc). PLUS an added focus w/ TRX! The end result is a chiseled, rock hard body!
