Summer Youth Athlete Fitness Camp!
Summer Session I Starts June 23rd!
This is an action-packed 1-WEEK program consisting of
speed work, strength training, plyometrics, and FUN!
🔥 With 2-HOUR sessions, we'll go into even more in-depth fitness training!
🔥 NEW this year, each day will have a unique sports-theme,
including skills training & gameplay for each...
soccer, basketball, football, baseball, & tennis!

Monday- Friday, 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM

YOUTH ATHLETE BOOTCAMP
Taking youth athletes to the next level & making fitness FUN! This programs work on speed, strength & agility...and produce REAL Results!
There are three main components to this 2 hour Summer Camp each day…
BOOTCAMP WORKOUT
Kids start with our signature, high-energy bootcamp-style workouts! Proven to create INCREDIBLE RESULTS!
ATHLETE SKILLS TRAINING
Kids will also hone important athletic skillsets. Each day will have a different focus...running form, agility & speed drills, jump training & vertical testing, eye-hand reaction drills, etc.
PLUS…Sports-Theme: The skills development & gameplay will have a different focus each day, for sport-specific training... soccer, basketball, football, baseball, & tennis! ⚽ 🏀 🏈 ⚾ 🎾
GAMES & PLAY
At the end of each session, we bring it all together with interactive GAMES! Kids will have a blast with games like Spikeball, Ultimate Frisbee, Ninja Obstacle Course, and more!

Kids Programs are for boys & girls
- Youth classes are 8-13 yrs old

Each class is 50 minutes long and our Fall sessions meet 2x/wk for 8 weeks.

The Summer Fintess Camp session is one week. Kids will meet 5 day, Monday-Friday for two hours. 10:30 Am-12:30 PM!
